Locking mechanism:
REELOQ: The cable pulley only locks when the cable is fully extended. To retract the cable, you must pull firmly once.

REELOQ PRO : The cable locks at any point. To retract the cable, you need to pull firmly once.

REELOQ: The REELOQ weighs 137 g and has a diameter of 55 mm.

REELOQ PRO : The REELOQ PRO weighs 110 g and has a diameter of 47 mm.

Rope length:

The biggest and most important difference is that the 360° version “rotates” while the webbing version does not.

REELOQ® is an Austrian, patented innovation that uses only high-quality materials.

• The housing is made of robust polycarbonate and is extremely light at 137g (REELOQ) or 110g (REELOQ PRO ).
• The high-quality Dyneema® rope (63cm - REELOQ or 85cm - REELOQ PRO ) is ultra-abrasion-resistant and can withstand even the highest demands.
• The outer shell of the mobile phone case is made of water-repellent Cordura® nylon, while a soft lining inside ensures maximum protection for your smartphone.

The REELOQ system works with any smartphone—all you need is a phone case into which the adapter can be inserted. (See installation instructions ↑ )

However, the dimensions of the cell phone case are important to note: height 16 cm and width 9 cm. The width is the critical factor here; a few millimeters more in height are no problem. Anything over 16.5 cm might make it difficult to close the cell phone case properly. Apart from that, the REELOQ is easy to use and offers full protection.

It's important that the phone case is closed at the bottom, but that there's an opening near the charging port. The adapter's loop is threaded through this. You can see this at minute 0:19 in this video .

REELOQ:
The cable will only lock when the cable is fully extended. To retract the cable, you must pull firmly once. If the cable doesn't lock, try pulling firmly on the cable at different speeds and angles. If the cable still doesn't lock, please write to us at support@reeloq.com and send us a photo/video of the problem.

REELOQ PRO :
The cable locks at any point. To retract, simply pull again.

REELOQ: The rope is 63cm long.

REELOQ PRO : The rope is 85cm long.

The smartphone adapter is inserted into the phone case and threaded through the opening near the charging port. The cord can then be connected to the adapter. You can see this at minute 0:19 in this video .

Normally, you can charge your phone without any problems. If you encounter any problems, you can simply remove the adapter from the phone case to charge it and then reinsert it into the case.

You can also attach the REELOQ to a belt loop using the included carabiner, for example, and then slip the phone into your trouser or jacket pocket. You can also use the alligator clip or the Molle clip .

You can return your order to us within 30 days. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you send the package to us "cash on delivery," we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred. (The enclosed slip is not a return label!)
